Our Refund & Cancellation Process

Password Publishing House Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Defective Books

  • If you receive any book that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@passwordpublishing.com (or your official customer support email).
  • Please include your order details, photographs of the damaged or defective book(s), and a brief description of the issue to help us process your request promptly.

3. Return and Refund Process

  • If a physical return is required, our customer support team will provide instructions for returning the book(s).
  • Once the returned book(s) are received and inspected, we will verify the reported issue.
  • If the book(s) are confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, a full refund will be processed. Where applicable, reasonable return shipping charges incurred by the customer will also be reimbursed.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after successful verification and approval.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the specified reporting period.
  • Damage caused by improper handling or misuse after delivery.
  • Minor variations in printing, colour, or packaging that do not affect the usability of the product.
  • Digital products, downloadable resources, eBooks, or online subscriptions that have already been accessed or downloaded, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
